Balance checks are normally completed within a few hours during office hours, however please allow upto 2 business days.
We can only check SIM cards and phones that we have supplied. Fee is not refundable in the event we have not supplied your phone/ SIM

Dial 2888 and press the green call button.
You will then hear an automated message alerting to your current balance and how much longer your credit will be valid for. |
Dial *151# and press the green call key.
You will receive a message displayed on the screen with your current balance (please note that Thuraya quote the unit balance as $) and validity period |
Dial 591 to hear your balance.
To see your balance on screen dial *106# Wait a moment and your current balance and validity date will be displayed on the screen |
Dial 591 from the handset
You will then hear an automated message alerting to your current balance and how much longer your credit will be valid for. |
Dial *888 from the Globalstar phone
System prompts for 4-digit Passcode. Passcode is set on initial use Select 2 to hear balance |
