Returning a package via DHL
If you have a pre-printed prepaid return label (normally attached to a DHL bag) to return a package to us you can:
Drop Off
Take your package to a local DHL Service Point. Simply take the package with preprinted label we have supplied and the retailer will scan the package and provide a receipt.

We strongly recommend retaining the receipt from DHL for the package for your records.
Schedule Pickup Online
Arrange for a DHL collection DHL will pickup the package, it needs to packed up with the waybill label visible on the outside of the packaging.

Options you will have to select:
- No – Do you need to create label
- I have a DHL Waybill Number
This is beneath the first barcode on your shipping label - Select your country and enter your phone number
