Additional Usage Costs
- When included MBytes have been used service will be barred.
- Text messages £0.60 per message (if available).
- Late return daily charge – £20 per day
If on the unlimited option after 30 GigaBytes Inmarsat will implement their fair use policy.
Additional Charges and Information
- A deposit of £350 is required, this will be refunded less any additional charges upon safe receipt of the handset.
- We do not offer technical support for data services (ie configuration of computer) however full technical support is provided for all other services.
- Soiled undamaged items are subjected to a £50 cleaning charge.
Replacement Charges (applicable if an item is not returned or item is damaged upon return)
- Terminal – £1,000
- Waterproof Case – £100
- Canvas Case – £100
- Battery – £100
- Mains Charger – £100
1. Rentals cancelled less than 7 business days prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total rental cost.
2. Rentals cancelled after mid-day 2 business days prior to the rental start date or after the equipment has been dispatched are not eligible for a refund.
3. Unused pre purchased minutes*/MBytes** are non refundable.
Please note: The security deposit is refunded in full.
