In the event that the phone or SIM number provided are not valid, deactivated or we have not supplied, we will be unable to process your topup. We will supply a new SIM card which needs to be activated within one month of receipt of it.

I have checked the SIM card is correct, not deactivated and that I purchased it from Satphone (Required)

Rush Processing +£95.00

Standard Processing within two business days, but often faster. Rush Processing we will endeavour to process the topup within 90 minutes during business hours, outside of business hours within 6 hours. If we fail to meet these deadlines the order will still be processed as soon as possible but the rush fee will be waived. This charge will not be waived for erroneous orders and orders for SIM cards we have not supplied.

will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged.
Topups are normally completed within a few hours during UK office
hours, however please allow upto 2 business days.
