Antenna Adaptor
Provides the external connection to your Motorola Satellite
Series (TM) 9500 or 9505 Portable Phone and to any of your
optional Motorola antennas. Must be Positioned Upright during
phone operation. Uses TNC connector to attach to antenna cable.
AC Travel Charger
Provides rapid charge for optimal performance. Can be used to power phone when the battery is depleted. Standard with US plug, includes four international plug adapters for use in Europe, Australia, India and the United Kingdom.
May be used with both Motorola Satellite Series (TM) 9500 or 9505 Portable Phones.

AST Passive Antenna
This a rugged passive Iridium antenna designed to operate
in harsh environments. The antenna’s radome is 4 mm
thick GRP, whilst the base is milled from aluminum and hard
anodised giving an attractive green finish, which is mechanically
resilient and resistant to corrosion.

AST Active Antenna
The Iridium antenna is designed for use with 30m (98 feet)
or 40m (131 feet) of RG213U coaxial cable terminated with
type ‘N’ connectors. Designed for harsh environments,
it consists of two RHCP dipole antennae housed within 4mm
thick GRP radomes mounted on a common base. One antenna is
for signal transmission and one for reception. A linear power
amplifier within the base and connected to the transmitting
antenna compensates for signal loss incurred mainly by the
connecting cable. Similarly, a low noise amplifier is attached
to the receiving antenna via a low loss interdigital filter
to boost the signal sent to the telephone.
Using manufacturing techniques proven for a range of extremely
rugged GPS/DGP active antennae, the antenna base is milled
from aluminium and hard anodised, giving an attractive green
finish, which is mechanically resilient and resistant to corrosion.
The antenna’s mass is 2.6kg.
Cable Kit
To assure the strongest possible signal
in building you will want the optimal location for your Fixed
Mast Antenna. The cable kit is available in lengths of 8,
14 or 20metres which would suit most typical installations.
The coaxial cable or custom cable kit is required to provide
a connection between the Fixed Mast Antenna and the Iridium
phone.

and inside coaxial cable and connectors.

Solar Charger
Efficient easy-to-use Solar Charger helps keep you in communication even in remote areas or locations with limited, erratic or no power service. Utilizes solar power to recharge batteries or extend talk time. Easy to read LCD metering system indicates optimal positioning of charging module for best performance.
In optimal sunlight, charge times are similar to the AC Travel Charger. Convenient, built-in stand allows angle adjustment.
External controller provides proper voltage by regulating energy flow between Solar Charger and phone. Convenient case, self-storing cable and connector. Batteries must be placed in phone while using Solar Charger.
