Details

Purchase of a minute bundle is mandatory for all equipment rentals

When included minutes have been used service will continue charges will be: £2.49 per minute for voice calls to landlines or mobiles and data calls

Additional Usage Costs

• Text messages £0.60 per message (if available and when not prepurchased)
• Voice calls to non UK mobiles and landlines (not included in inclusive minutes) and not listed below – £2.49
• Voice Calls to Satellite Phones and Ascension, Australian Antarctic Bases, Gambia, Kiribati, St Helena, Tuvalu landlines and mobiles (not included in inclusive minutes) – £ 15.00 per minute
• Late return daily charge – £20 per day

Additional Charges and Information

• A deposit of £800 is required, this will be refunded less any additional charges upon safe receipt of the handset.
• We do not offer technical support for data services (ie configuration of computer) however full technical support is provided for all other services.
• Soiled undamaged items are subjected to a £50 cleaning charge.

 

Replacement Charges (applicable if an item is not returned or item is damaged upon return)

• Handset – £1,500
• Rugged Case –  £100
• Leather Case –  £50
• Battery – £100
• Antenna –  £400
• Mains Charger – £100
• Solar charger –  £300

Please note: Prices do not include VAT

Cancellation policy:

1. Rentals cancelled less than 7 business days prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total rental cost.
2. Rentals cancelled after mid-day 2 business days prior to the rental start date or after the equipment has been dispatched are not eligible for a refund.
3. Unused pre purchased minutes*/MBytes** are non refundable.

Please note: The security deposit is refunded in full.
